THIS IS MUCH EASIER BECAUSE I AM PROVIDING FOR YA WHAT WORKS FROM EXPERIENCE SO YOU DON'T HAVE TO WASTE LOTS OF TIME TRYING TO FIGURE SHIT OUT.
QUICK TIPS ON HOW TO BE LEAN
QUICK TIP 1
- Drink at least 100 ounces of water every single day. A gallon daily is ideal and this is like putting a supercharger on your car for horsepower.
- You lift more weight, do more reps, have more endurance and it is very easy to reach first levels of dehydration. Make sure to do this everyday and your metabolism will be burning more fat and calories. Also, a bonus is your skin will look better as well :-). This is more important than I could ever say.
QUICK TIP 2
- Eat More Eggs. Eating 2-4 eggs whole eggs per day as not only been clinically proven to help you burn more body fat, this shit is true and I notice is extremely fast when mixed with adding in cardio.
- Preferably eat it with ezekial or whole grain bread or toast to leave you fuller longer and not still feel hungry from just the eggs.
QUICK TIP 3
- Carbs and Sugar is key directly after your weight training sessions. Skip the protein only and low calorie drinks after your workout and opt for a drink with lots of protein, carbs, simple sugars, and calories.
- These are extremely sweet and taste isn't amazing but they work. These are important to refuel muscles you broke down and need to repair.
- At this time, these carbs and simple sugars won't convert into fat and will actually promote more fat to be burned long after your weight training session. This is a key method fitness models use on how to be lean. Use it. It works.
QUICK TIP 4
- Lift heavy reps in the 8 heavy side and 15 light side most of the time to shock the most muscle fibers. Use cardio and dieting down to get lean after building up the muscle.
- Lifting heavy with short rest breaks is the key formula to get lean. Use super sets and keep the heart rate up during your workouts. Each workout is only a small portion of your day, make sure to challenge yourself and lift weight heavy enough to build muscle. When wanting to get extra lean, add in cardio and dieting down.
- Don't lift lighter to shape your muscles, although you can use lighter sometimes to mix up your routine, use cardio and dieting to get shredded to see results.
QUICK TIP 5
- Your cardio should be to get lean. Don't do cardio that won't make you lean. How to be lean? Use fast walking cardio for 30 minutes after workouts to peel off fat. The goal is to keep muscle so skip the jogging and running stuff.
- To be lean, you still need to have alot of muscle, the cardio is to burn off additional muscle covering fat while keeping your muscle. Lots of people burn their muscle off along with fat and don't see results.
- Either keep it to short duration 20 minutes interval sprints(15 second sprints,45 second complete stop rest) for 15 sets with 5 minutes of fast walking to end it. Or opt for 30 minutes of fast walking or a 40 step per minute stair climbing machine to shed fat. If off that day weight training, do 60 minutes fast walking.
QUICK TIP 6
- Take a fat burner to assist in raising your metabolism. Make sure to see a legal guardian or physician first to make sure you are able to take one without issues. Also, always use them like recommended on the bottle. Or even less, I mostly just use one in the morning and one before a workout.
- Remember these are just supplements and nothing can replace busting your ass in the gym and implementing some proven cardio and dieting habits. These will just help your cardio be more effective or if you're tired and don't wanna workout, you will typically feel like working out in no time. Below, I provided for you one I prefer to use cuz it works good and I trust it.
- You can take any fat burner you'd like, I just prefer a certain one from my experiences using lots of them.
Of course, there lots more tips like these. But if you are overloaded with things to do, nothing usually gets done. Start implementing these 6 tips into your lifestyle and learning how to be lean.
These things work really good, especially used with consistency with a side of some dedication. Save yourself alot of time and energy and just use all these in your life. You'll get leaner and see results so much faster. I can't even begin to say how much faster.
